“Three B‘s” Program

Overview:

This group program is designed to enrich the lives and experiences of all participants by using different holistic methods and techniques for health, happiness and prosperity.

Each session is built around the 3 fundamental beliefs of Believe, Balance and Being. These 3 core beliefs are essential and integral to the work during and after the program. The activities and tools learned around the core beliefs will continue to support and provide the foundation to growth in all areas of participants’ lives well after the program is finished.

Objectives of the program:

  • The program will develop practices and routines that engage in activities that will greatly enhance self-awareness and improving energy systems within our bodies.
  • Participants will learn several different relaxation and stress reduction techniques.
  • Participants will learn to relax, balance, be more mindful and self-energize.
  • Participants will finish the program will many tools to continue to enhance their capacity for happiness, less stress, more energy and professional success.
  • Corporate groups will learn tools to work more effectively together and increase the positive energies as well as group stress reduction and positive group-energizing tools.

The 3 fundamental tools of the program:

Believe – Participants will engage in techniques and activities that will emphasize their belief and understanding that all people can change and improve their lives from whatever they have into anything they want. Even if change seems impossible in the moment, after the program, participants will have the tools and will have begun to understand that change is possible for anyone and that happiness, joy and prosperity are possible.

Balance – They key to personal success and happiness is learning how to balance our body, thoughts and emotions.

When the mind, body, and emotions are in a balanced state, we can approach stressful situations more calmly, see them more clearly and move forward to joy and peace. Many tools will be presented and practiced to enhance participants’ ability to attain balance in their lives and workplaces.

Be – When we are present, awake and ourselves, we are more happy. This fundamental principle is critical to personal success. Participants will explore how to be present, aware and to know themselves and their “gut instincts”.

This introductory group program leverages the strengths and support of all its participants. It is designed and structured to support the following types of interaction:

Structure of the program:

3 weekly sessions of 1.5 hours;
