Balancing techniques: Why it doesn’t work for me as it did before?

Question from Tina C: I really feel disappointed and frustrated lately… I thought I found a way to balance and centre myself through some balancing techniques. Such as: “this technique must work, because it served me really well for a few last years.” Be free and trust to your sensitivity! Meditation: can I lose benefits of my regular practice?

Question from Tanya K.: I do my best to meditate every day. However, lately, with all circumstances that I am having in my life, I begin to skip the day or two from my regular meditative practice. Now I have some fear that as a result I can lose my New Self that I found through this practice. Can it happen? I do not want it happen. I also believe that any person, who came into your life, was near you for a reason. Any relationship is a great way to understand yourself better and a great way to learn. You cannot be mad at teacher who teaches you a new subject in school. I’m seeing Life is a great school, where each of us can be a “student” or “teacher”, or, even both, at the same time.
