Lunch or “5 pm” Yoga classes
Using body (asanas), and breath (pranayam), Veronica’s classes combine Vinyasa flow (moving gently from pose to pose) and static postures to bring students into a gentle meditative state, thereby encouraging the renewal and restoration of mind, body and spirit.
Veronica encourages students to trust their intuition both inside and outside of class, and to enjoy not only the physical practice of Yoga, but the mental, spiritual and energetic elements of the practice too. In addition, she encourages students to listen to their bodies and practice yoga in a way that feels right and safe while having fun.
Lunch Yoga classes or/and after - Work Yoga classes may
- Help energize and strengthen one’s body;
- Relieve tension and promote mobility in critical areas like the lower back, shoulders, neck and hips;
- Help relax and reenergize for the rest of the day.
All levels welcome!
4 weekly sessions of 1 hour (50 min for The Lunch classes) pays in the beginning of each month
Cost: $ 65 per session
