The Healing Sound - I Am Meditation

There are so many different types of meditations. If you are looking for the great way to relax at the end of your busy day you need a helpful tool to calm your mind and facilitate return of your body to a more balanced state, meditate using mantra. It allows you to let go all unwanted, most likely negative thoughts, with less effort by concentrating on the magic sound.

When we meditate on the mantra “I am”, it takes us, first, to realisation of  “I” – one, who has physical body,  desires  and ego, which is not too bad, by the way.

When we continue to meditate on “I am”, it takes us from individual to whole, from limited sense of self to infinite.

From the question “Who am I?” and all roles that we are playing in our everyday lives (parent; worker; patient, driver, student... and so on), to the answer “I am”, that is far away from any possible role that we can potentially play, to much deeper understanding of ourselves and reality.
