Meditation To Remove Blocks

Кeep your arms and hands in a certain position:
Bend your arms and bring your elbows against sides of your ribcage. Your forearms are in the front and parallel to the floor, palms up.
Bend your ring and little fingers and place your thumbs on top of them.
Sat Kriya
Some of the benefits of Sat Kriya: strengthening muscles of you abdomen; massage all internal organs; balances the Lower Triangle – first three chakras; powerfully works on waking up the Kundalini energy and helping move it all the way up to the seventh chakra, going through your chakra system, stimulating natural flow of energy in your system.
